Philadelphia – The Executive MBA (EMBA) Program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business has been ranked among the top 20 programs in the U.S. by the Financial Times. This is the sixth consecutive year that the Fox program has been ranked among the best in the world by the London-based news organization.
Regionally, the Wharton School and the Fox School were the only programs ranked among the top 20 in the U.S.

“The ranking is a testament to the extraordinary success of our graduates and the outstanding quality of our faculty and staff,” said M. Moshe Porat, dean of The Fox School. Fox placed 17th among all U.S. institutions and in the top 10 among U.S. public institutions ranked by Financial Times. The school also earned the distinction of being among the top 10 schools in the United States for the “Career Progress” of graduates and top 10 in all international categories measured by Financial Times.
The Financial Times ranking is a comprehensive ranking, which measures the overall quality of a business school through quantitative metrics that look at the quality and international diversity of students and faculty, the amount of cutting-edge faculty research a school produces, the international composition of the business school and the satisfaction and graduates’ success in their careers.
“The success of our graduates is a direct result of the caliber of students admitted into our programs, the rigorous curriculum developed by our faculty and the customized career and student services we offer,” said Robert Bonner, assistant dean of MBA Programs at the Fox School.
The Fox School offers career management services to all executive students through the School’s Graduate Career Management Center and a unique partnership with Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading provider of career management services to top corporations.
In September 2006, The Fox School’s MBA programs also earned top rankings when Entrepreneur magazine and Princeton Review ranked Fox graduate programs in entrepreneurship seventh in the nation. And earlier this year, the Financial Times and U.S. News and World Report ranked The Fox School’s full-time MBA programs among the best. Financial Times ranked Fox No. 1 in the U.S. for “Return on Investment” among public-urban institutions,” and overall top 50 in the U.S. and top 75 in the world. U.S. News and World Report ranked Fox’s International MBA Program top 20 in the U.S. and the School’s MBA programs top 75 in the U.S.
The Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University is the largest, most comprehensive business school in the Greater Philadelphia region and among the largest in the world, with more than 6,000 students, 150 full-time faculty members and 45,000 alumni.
