rosalind m. plummer, ed.m, esquire

Rosalind M. Plummer, ED.M, Esquire migrated with family from North Carolina during the 1960's. She graduated from the top of her class with awards and honors form high school. Rosalind Plummer graduated from Swarthmore College with a BA in English, a minor in Psychology and Black Studies, and a Secondary School Teaching Certificate. In 1973, she graduated from the Harvard University Graduate School of Educaion with ED. M (Masters Degree) in Administration, Management and Public Policy with a concentration in System Intervention Theory.

Additionally, Ms. Plummer taught English Literature in Secondary School and College and by 1978 Graduated from Harvard Law School. Some of her work experience has been through firms such as Morgan, Lewis & Bockius Law. And after graduation in June 1978, Plummer had gained experience with private practice (the Law Office) and MANAGER OF LEGAL AND BUSINESS AFFAIRS FOR GREENWOOD ASSOCIATES, INC (FULL SERVICE ADVERTISING AGENCY) AND PLUMWOOD DEVELOPERS, INC. (BUSINESS AND REALESTATE DEVELOPMENT FIRM). But from 1980 to date MUSIC, ART AND CULTURAL ADVOCATE - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF TRANESTOP RESOURCE INSTITUTE, INC. (30 YEAR OLD JAZZ EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY ORGANIZATION) AND BOARD CHAIRMAN OF CRUMP GALLERY ART AND  EDUCATION FOUNDATION (ART GALLERY WITH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING).    

Ms. Plummer is also the parent of a special needs young adult and since 1980 has been an advocated for family services and recreational activities for families and caretakers of special needs children and adults.
