Cherrill Wilson
Cherrill Wilson is now our Associate Director with the Temple University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Once starting off as our SBDC Incubator Manager and Business Consultant, Cherrill Wilson brings to the SBDC team over 20 years of financial service experience in banking and accounting services. She has worked as an accountant, bank auditor, senior credit analyst, and financial consultant. In addition to serving as an Outreach Business Consultant, Ms. Wilson is an Adjunct Professor at Eastern University and founder of her own company, Restoration Consulting Services, which provides financial and business strategies to profit, nonprofit companies and faith-based communities.
As Associate Director of Consulting, Cherrill manages the fulltime, part time, and graduate student consulting staff. Staff are engaged in providing legal, government procurement, environmental, and international trade services, and general marketing, management, and financial consulting assistance. Cherrill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University, as well as a MBA in Urban Economic Development from Eastern University. She has also earned a Master of Divinity Degree from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Ms Wilson believes in providing wholeness to the community by giving back the things she has learned and experienced. An ordained minister she is active in the church and community. She chaired the JCVPP Community Advisory Board, while completing a residency program in the Pastoral Care Department of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Methodist Hospital. Ms. Wilson seeks to bring together her expertise in business and finance with her calling as a minister in ways that benefit the community.
