Pearl Wang-Herrera
Pearl Wang-Herrera is a general Business Consultant for the Temple Small Business Development Center (SBDC). She provides consulting in the areas of marketing, financials, business planning, loan packaging, and general business issues. She has a Bachelors of Science degree from New York University in Marketing and a MBA in Economic Development from Eastern College.
Her previous experience includes working in a commercial and residential brokerage firm as a loan officer and processor. She packaged SBA loans and worked with various banks and non-traditional lending sources. She also has experience in the nonprofit sector in the areas of grant writing and fundraising.
