Business Management

The Business Management curriculum is designed for students who wish to follow a broad and general curriculum. The program allows students to select a specific concentration with a minimum of three courses selected from a menu provided by the department. Concentrations are available in:

Major Requirements:

Required Human Resource Management Courses

Business Management majors must take two of the following three courses:

HRM 3501, 3502, 3503

Major Courses

Three or more required courses chosen from a menu provided by concentrations listed above. (At least one course in the menu will be writing intensive.)

  • Technology Course - MIS 2101
  • International Course - Select a menu available from the department or DARS report.
  • Economics 3500+ Course - choose from any 3500+ level Economics course excluding Economics 3581 or 3685

Business Electives

  • HRM 3501, 3502, or 3503

Students must attain a 2.0 GPA in the major in order to graduate. Return to the list of programs.
