The five main learning goals for students in the PMBA program are:

Specific learning objectives include:

1. To possess analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.
     a. Analyze firm, industry, and market performance using accounting and
     financial information.
     b. Use quantitative tools and statistical analysis to manage business outcomes.

2. To possess effective management skills for a global business environment.
     a. Evaluate differences in international business environments (cultural, political,
     economic, and legal systems) across countries and the impact of these differences
     on business operations.
     b. Compare global, international, multinational, and transnational strategies.
     c. Recognize opportunities and challenges of emerging markets.

3. To be effective communicators.
     a. Formulate and defend reasoned arguments.
     b. Apply clear and concise communication skills in written form.
     c. Deliver a presentation in a professional and engaging manner.

4. To be aware of ethical issues and their implications in decision-making.
     a. Assess the impact of cultural and psychological factors on ethical
     decision-making.
     b. Recognize the factors and stakeholders in an ethical situation.
     c. Propose and evaluate alternative decisions and defend the chosen solution
     from an ethical perspective.

5. To be strategic thinkers.
     a. Integrate knowledge across disciplines.
     b. Gather and use information for competitive advantage.
