Recruiting at The Fox School of Business
Fox MBA candidates are among the top 15 percent of students in the world. Their range of industry and functional experience, coupled with their roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, allow them to hit the ground running in your organization. No matter what their areas of concentration, Fox graduates understand the value of harnessing, managing, and applying their business knowledge to innovate and help achieve competitive advantage. They experience a MBA curriculum that combines classroom learning with experiential projects, which give them the ability to perform well within an increasingly dynamic organization.
The Center for Student Professional Development provides advice and assistance to recruiters throughout the hiring process. We recommend organizations participate in various on and off-campus activities in order to maximize recruiting efforts:
On-Campus Recruiting
Strengthen your company’s employment brand by visiting our center city campus and facilitating a 30 minute to one hour information session followed by a networking reception. Interviews are held at a later date and coordinated by our staff according to your needs.
Career Treks
Host 10-30 students on-site who will tour the facility and meet with executives to learn more about your organization. Treks are organized and coordinated by student ambassadors and members of our corporate relations team.
Post Jobs for Alumni and Current Students
Whether you are searching for an industry experienced hire or a first year MBA student, posting on the Fox Job Board enables you to advertise positions to the Fox network. Candidates reply directly to your company’s website, allowing for accurate applicant tracking.
Internships and Projects
Many Fox students consult on real world projects by advising clients on market entry strategy, conducting feasibility studies and recommending solutions to senior management teams around the world. Fox MBAs are highly motivated individuals that have the opportunity to intern at your organization. The Center for Student Professional Development can help you structure an internship program so that your organization and our students can get the most out of the partnership.
Executive Lecture and Networking Events
Many events are planned throughout the year enabling representatives of your organization to meet with students. The Fox School sponsors several networking events at local venues in October, November and February. We also organize panel discussions on careers in specific industries, women’s leadership, interviewing seminars and more. If you are interested in participating in any of these events, please contact us at 215-204-8796 to learn how you can increase your company’s visibility on campus.
