Cellix is an instrumentation company that develops, manufactures and markets a range of biochips and enabling tools for cell-based tests or analysis in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics and academic environments. Cellix's tools provide solutions to the current bottlenecks in the drug discovery pipeline by mimicking the in vivo environment and offering a far more efficient means of screening drugs, eliminating false leads and thereby saving pharmaceutical companies millions of dollars. The project, by a combined Fox School and Trinity College team, focused on strategic options for entering both the preclinical testing area of drug discovery and the point-of-care diagnostics sector.

CREMe (Central Risk and Exposure Modeling e-solutions) Software was formed in 2005 to commercialize risk-analysis software developed by Trinity Collge Dublin's Trinity Centre for High Performance Computing (TCHPC). The company has received seed financing, has recorded its first revenues, has just signed a five-year contract with a core customer, and expects revenues of €1 M in 2006. The project , by a combined Fox School and Trinity College team, concentrated on the firm's newest product, TrinRisk, a web-based risk analysis service for the finance, investment and insurance industries.

Virginia 's Eastern Shore is a long, thin and beautiful strip of land separating the lower reaches of the (250-mile!) Chesapeake Bay from the Atlantic Ocean . It is an idyllic area, notable for its bird life, fishing, relatively warm weather, beautiful sea-marsh-land vistas, and slow pace. The project focused on helping the commission develop a sustainable tourism strategy for that maintains and protects the rural character and substantial "natural capital" of the area while providing for meaningful economic development benefits the people living on the shore year round.

The technology is very accurate even when the pipes are very thin (as in blood vessels) and the liquid flow is very slow (1mm/day). The project developed a business plan for a new Land Stewardship Institute.

The project focused on the possibility of entering Latin American markets.

Scientific Biopsy is developing a suite of biopsy products, starting with breast biopsy systems that can either stand alone or work with mammography units. The project , by a combined Fox School and Ben Gurion University team, developed a market entry strategy for a follow-on system for lung biopsies.
