Benefits

Temple University’s Fox School of Business and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (FRB) have partnered to create a Business Management Certificate program designed to accommodate the demands placed on busy professionals at the FRB.

The overall objective of the program is to provide students with a convenient and tailored business management certificate program with a robust curriculum that will allow them to apply what you learn in class directly into the workplace.   Students in the program will develop specific skills related to their own function within the federal reserve bank and acquire an overview of the strategic drivers as related to federal banking systems.

Certificate Requirements (15 credits)

The certificate requires the successful completion of the following five courses:

  • Special Topics in Strategic Management / Strategic Leadership (3 credits)
  • Quantitative Methods for Business (3 credits)
  • Accounting for Managerial and Investment Analysis and Planning (3 credits)
  • Managing Business Processes (3 credits)
  • Special Topics in Finance (3 credits)

The program is offered on-site at the Federal Reserve Bank's educational facilities and courses are taught by Fox School faculty.
