Arvind Parkhe

Dr. Parkhe’s teaching philosophy is “work hard, learn a lot, have fun.” He has received numerous accolades for teaching excellence at the PH.D., MBA, and undergraduate levels. His research interests include structuring and managing strategic alliances and global networks, and he has published in all top-tier journals in his field.
Laureen Regan
Academic Director, Full Time and International MBA Programs Associate Professor,
Risk, Insurance, and Healthcare Management
Laureen Regan (Ph.D., Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania) has been
recognized for excellence in both teaching and research. Her research interests
include insurance distribution channels, regulation and public policy, enterprise
risk management, and financial services market structure. Her research has
been published in top outlets, including the Journal of Law and Economics,
the Journal of Risk and Insurance, Proceedings of the AEI-Brookings Institute,
the Handbook of Insurance Economics, and Risk Management and Insurance Review.
Dr. Regan was recognized for research excellence by the American Risk and Insurance
Association when she won the James S. Kemper Foundation Award in 1999.
T.L. Hill
Managing Director, Enterprise Management Consulting Practice Assistant Professor, General and Strategic Management
Assistant
Professor, General and Strategic Management, is the Managing Director of the
EMC. Once Managing Director of a publishing company, Mr. Hill has nearly
25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and consultant in both for-profit
(including family business) and nonprofit settings in the USA, Great Britain,
Ireland, Israel and India. His research and teaching interests include
entrepreneurial networks, social entrepreneurship and economic development. Mr.
Hill has an Executive MBA from Temple University and is currently a PhD candidate
at Temple University.
Neeraj Bharadwaj
Assistant Professor,
Marketing and Supply Chain Management (MSCM)
Neeraj Bharadwaj (Ph.D., University of Wisconsin) was appointed as an Assistant
Professor of Marketing in August 2008. His research, which focuses on marketing
strategy, marketing accountability, offshoring, and outsourcing, has been published
in the Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing,
Marketing Letters, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Business Research.
In recognition of his research, Dr. Bharadwaj was selected recipient of the
Fox School Marketing Department’s 2008-09 Research Excellence Award and
named finalist for the 2008 Harold H. Maynard Award by the Journal of Marketing
editorial board. Dr. Bharadwaj has also been widely recognized for his teaching,
including being selected recipient of the Fox School’s 2008-09 Full-time
MBA “Faculty of the Year” award. He previously served on the faculty
at the University of Chicago and University of Texas at Austin. He has worked
in product and price management at Miller Brewing Company, and as a consultant
and seminar leader for government and corporate clients. He currently serves
as a reviewer for leading academic journals, and is a member of the Journal
of Business-to-Business Marketing’s editorial review board.
John McClendon
Associate Professor,
Human Resource Management
An experienced speaker and honored teacher, Dr. McClendon was awarded the 1993 Andrisani-Frank Award for Excellence in Teaching, the 1999 Musser Award for Leadership in Teaching and 2006 Temple's Great Teacher Award. His research activities focus on HR outsourcing, compensation strategies, and labor-management relations.
David Reeb

Professor Reeb's research has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, The Economist, Financial Times, International Herald Tribune, Inc., and several other major newspapers. He has published in some of the most influential journals in Finance, Accounting, and International Business.
Jayanthi Krishnan
Associate Professor, Accounting

Dr. Jayanthi Krishnan joined the Accounting Department in Fall 2000. She has previously taught at Villanova University and Ohio State University. She teaches introductory Financial Accounting and the Senior Seminar in accounting to undergraduate students and Financial Statement Analysis to MBA students. Her research interests are in the areas of audit quality, corporate governance, industry classifications and their impact on accounting ratios, and the impact of international diversification on auditor decision-making. Her publications appear in a number of journals including The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, and the Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting and Economics. She has been named to the Fox School Dean's Research Honor Roll, a recipient of the Business Honors Associations Teacher of the Year Award, and a two-time recipient of the Beta Alpha Psi Teacher of the Year.
