Use this checklist to ensure that your application is complete and contains:
- The application form
- A non-refundable $100 application fee
- Essays and personal statements
- An updated resume
- Two recommendation forms
- Official transcripts of all previous post secondary school work – degree and non-degree.
- GMAT score (GMAT score may be waived based on prior academics and/or technical and professional experience) - Fox EMBA GMAT code is 72S-3T-96..
The transcripts, recommendation forms, and GMAT scores may be sent separately to the address indicated below.
