Dr. Yan Li

Yan Li joins the Fox School as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance. Her BA and MA in economics were obtained at Peking University in China. In 2009, Dr. Li received her PhD in financial economics/financial econometrics from Cornell University. Dr. Li’s research interests lie in the areas of asset pricing and financial econometrics. Her secondary fields of interest are behavioral finance, corporate finance, and market microstructure. Dr. Li currently has six working papers and another work in progress. She has taught investments, financial econometrics, corporate finance, behavioral finance, and financial econometrics. She won an Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award in her department at Cornell University.
