Dr. Paul Weinberg

Dr. Weinberg has over 25 years of experience running IS for large organizations in the U.S and abroad. As senior vice president of CIGNA, he was responsible for the technology component of its e-commerce strategy. Prior assignments included Senior Vice President of Managed Care Systems and Vice President of Pnternational Life and Group Systems. Dr. Weinberg was Vice President of Healthcare Administrative Systems at Aetna, Inc. and also managed technology support for an online computer services company. Dr. Weinberg's Ph.D. is in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Weinberg also holds an M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.E.E. degree from Cornell University.
