Neeraj Bharadwaj (Ph.D., University of Wisconsin) was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Marketing in August 2008. His research, which focuses on marketing strategy, marketing accountability, offshoring, and outsourcing, has been published in the Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Marketing Letters, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Business Research. In recognition of his research, Dr. Bharadwaj was selected recipient of the Fox School Marketing Department’s 2008-09 Research Excellence Award and named finalist for the 2008 Harold H. Maynard Award by the Journal of Marketing editorial board. Dr. Bharadwaj has also been widely recognized for his teaching, including being selected recipient of the Fox School’s 2008-09 Full-time MBA “Faculty of the Year” award. He previously served on the faculty at the University of Chicago and University of Texas at Austin. He has worked in product and price management at Miller Brewing Company, and as a consultant and seminar leader for government and corporate clients. He currently serves as a reviewer for leading academic journals, and is a member of the Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing’s editorial review board.
