Dr. Michael Boldin has been appointed as an Assistant Professor (Practice) in Finance. Dr. Boldin received his PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Most recently, he has served as the Director of Research Support Services at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has also worked as an Economist with the Conference Board and Federal Reserve Bank of New York. His research examines methodologies and long-term market volatility, and monetary policy. He has published in Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics, Journal of Social and Economic Measurement, Journal of Business, and Conflict Management and Peace Science. He has presented his work at various regional and national conferences, like American Economic Association Meetings. Dr. Boldin is also a reviewer various journals.
