Kathleen Davis (J.D., University of California-Berkeley) has over 25 years of outstanding leadership and service in the human resource profession, including positions as Vice President of HR for Aramark and Novacare, and Director of Human Resources for Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia. She is also a highly sought after labor relations consultant and arbitrator for both the public and private section.
In 1989, Dr. Davis joined Temple as an adjunct professor, and since then has gone on to design and develop courses at Fox, including an undergraduate capstone course based upon Human Resources Planning, Strategy, and Information Systems. In 1996, Dr. Davis was named Director of the newly formed Center for Student Professional Development. Her outstanding work building programs and corporate relationships to benefit the placement and professional development of Fox undergraduate and MBA students earned her the prestigious Musser Award for Service.
