Gary Blau is the current Department Chair, and Faculty Advisor for the Main Campus Student Chapter for the Society for Human Resource Management. Gary's research interests focus on understanding employee work attitudes and behaviors. He received his Ph.D. and MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
