Healthcare Management
The Department of Risk, Insurance and Healthcare Management offers several
graduate program options in the areas of healthcare management and finance. The Healthcare Management Programs are led by a distinguished
full-time faculty, each having attained prominence in their areas of
specialization.
The faculty of the Healthcare Management Programs also work in close collaboration with the public health, medical, nursing and health-related programs at Temple University in an effort to improve population health in the Philadelphia region. Together, Temple health programs have global connections through a variety of projects and partnerships linking the local healthcare community to cities and countries around the world.
The Healthcare Management Program is a member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration and the MBA in Healthcare Management is accredited by the Accrediting Commission on Education in Health Services Administration.
The Temple University Health Alumni Association represents
over 800 MBA, MS and Ph.D. graduates whose studies were in the areas of
healthcare management and finance. TUHMAA is an active organization
that
works in collaboration with the Fox School Alumni Association.
