Glenn Booraem
Glenn is a Principal of the Vanguard Group and the Controller for all investment companies served by Vanguard. He joined Vanguard in 1989 and is currently responsible for Vanguard's global fund accounting operations, which include the execution and/or oversight of fund accounting and security valuation, fund compliance monitoring, and corporate governance operations for Vanguard's investment products worldwide. Glenn has also served on the New York Stock Exchange's Proxy Working Group and Commission on Corporate Governance. Glenn is a 1989 magna cum laude graduate of the Honors Program in the Fox School of Business.
John Buck
John is a Director at Versa Capital Management, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm with $950 million in committed capital. Prior to joining Versa, John was Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, where he led middle-market deal origination efforts, and supported the underwriting of numerous investments in a diverse set of industries. He was a founder of TenX Capital, a partnership that focused on control investments in underperforming technology, tele- communications, and business services companies. John is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Fox School of Business. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance
John Mahony
John is currently the Vice President of Finance for McNeil Consumer Healthcare (A Johnson & Johnson Company). In this role, he manages all financial aspects of the McNeil U.S. Over-the-Counter drug business. John joined Johnson & Johnson in 1989 where he provided financial support to Licensing & Acquisition activity for its pharmaceutical business. Since then, he has progressed through a number of financial positions at McNeil, the J&J Merck Joint Venture, and J&J’s corporate headquarters in New Brunswick, N.J. John earned a B.S. degree in Accounting and an MBA in finance from St. Joseph’s University.
Loretta Mester
Loretta is an executive vice president and director of research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, which she joined in 1985. She serves as the Bank’s chief economic advisor. Loretta is also an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Wharton School and a Fellow at the Wharton Financial Institutions Center. She is an associate editor at the Journal of Financial Intermediation, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Financial Services Research, Journal of Economics and Business, Research in Banking and Finance, and Journal of Financial Stability. Loretta earned a B.A. in mathematics and economics, summa cum laude, from Barnard College and an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from Princeton University.
Anthony Muoio
Tony is a Managing Director in PwC's Consumer Finance Practice and has fifteen years of experience with PwC in both audit and advisory capacities. Among his clients are Wells Fargo, Capital One, Chase, and Ally Bank (GMAC). Tony has more than twenty years experience in the consumer finance industry across diverse consumer lending sectors (mortgage, home equity, credit cards and auto). Prior to joining PwC, Tony was a member of the senior management at a leading mortgage originator and a major regional bank. Tony has a B.S. from Pace University.
Anthony Santomero
Tony is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company. Previously, he was President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He holds the title of Richard K. Mellon Professor Emeritus of Finance at the Wharton School and is on the Boards of Citicorp, Renaissance Reinsurance Company Ltd, the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, and the Columbia Funds. Tony received an A.B. in economics from Fordham University in 1968 and a Ph.D. in economics from Brown University in 1971. He also holds an honorary doctorate from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden and an honorary degree from the University of Rome.
Peter Sayre
Peter is Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Prudential. He has been involved in Prudential’s tax function since joining the company in 1985. Presently, he is also responsible for company-wide financial reporting and planning, SEC compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation. Peter earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from Wharton. In 1979 he also earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he was on the Law Review.
Chris Toto
Chris is a senior vice president in the financial services industry group of Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC, where his primary responsibilities include sourcing and executing financial advisory mandates nationally. He advises clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, capital raising, strategic alternatives, corporate development, and performs due diligence on and valuations of businesses, equity and debt securities, loans, real estate, derivative instruments, structured products and intangible assets. Prior to joining Deloitte, he held the position of senior vice president with a national financial advisory practice in New York City. Chris graduated from the Fox School of Business with a double major in finance and economics.
Dan Zibman
Dan has a BA and MBA from Temple University and has been involved in the hedge fund industry since 1996. He raises capital for both hedge funds and private equity funds and, to date, has raised over $900 million. Previously, he worked in international business development for fifteen years in Europe and South America. Dan is an avid soccer fan having played for Temple, in the U.S. Army and, afterwards, at the semipro level. He lives in Princeton, NJ with his wife and daughter.
