Getting Started:
This 30-40 minute introduction to CSPD is designed to orient students to CSPD services, including an overview of FoxNet (a web-based resume and recruiting tool), FoxNet user integrity, employer expectations, leadership development opportunities and exploring the market.
Resume Development:
During this 50-minute resume workshop, attendees will learn about the Fox School signature resume and how to transfer individual skills to a business context. Participants will also review how to use the three-bullet format to describe their experiences.
Researching Industries:
This 30-minute session is a quick organizing guide for resesarching careers, industries and companies.
Getting CSPD'd & On-campus Recruitment at Fox:
This 20-minute "how-to" session will describe procedures for gaining access to CSPD services including online FoxNet job listings and on-campus recruiting.
2010 Job Outlook
This is a 15-minute info session on salaries, job outlooks and majors including up-to-the minute data from the National Association of Colleges & Employers.
Career Fair Madness & The 30-second Spot:
This 30-minute session will orient students for what to expect at Fox School recruiting events, including that all important "What do I say after hello?" question.
