Dear Mayor:
I am delighted to invite you to attend the Fourth Annual Mayors' Technology Summit on Homeland Security, Public Safety and economic Development that will take place in Washington, D.C., October 7-8, 2004. The Center of Competitive Government of Temple University's Fox School of Business organizes the event , the U.S Departments of Commerce and Defense support and will participate in the Summit, and major IT companies sponsor it.
