Learn detailed contract writing with a professional international attorney.
Session 4 – November 27, 2007
Market Logistics and Various Entry Strategies
Develop strategies and gain practical knowledge of the transportation industry from industry experts.
Session 5 – December 4, 2007
International Financing Methods
Learn different ways to structure an international deal. Participants will learn unique methods of securings cash to fund international transactions. Several case studies will be used to identify the best deal structure for the given application.
Session 6 – December 11, 2007
International Payment Methods
Learn the in's and out's of crucial export documentation such as Letters of Credit, documentary collections and drafts.
