Aside from Passport Night, this service has been discontinued for the Spring 2010 semester

 

Passport Night Spring 2010

Going somewhere? You're going to need a passport!                         

 

What You Need To Bring

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship
  • Verification of your Identity       
  • You will need to know the birthdates of your parents, where they were born, and your mother's maiden name
  • Two checks or money orders
    • Passport Book Application Fee $75.00
      (made payable to U.S. Department of State)
    • Passport Card Application Fee $20.00 (valid for land & sea travel only)
      (made payable to U.S. Department of State)
    • Execution Fee: $25.00(made payable to Temple University)
  • 2 passport type photos: Can be taken at the time of the appointment, with the required camera and film. The additional cost for the 2 pictures is $20. The money order should be made payable to the Temple University.

    (Sorry, No cash/credit cards. You can buy a money order from 7-11 on Liacouras Walk)

Passport Processing Time

You can fill out the forms required online at: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html. Please make sure to bring all six pages with you and DO NOT SIGN the documents prior to the appointment.

Routine Processing ($100.00 fee for the Passport Book, $45.00 fee for the Passport Card): According to the National Passport Information Center web site, “Normally Routine Service passports are received within 4 - 6 weeks.

Expedited Processing ($60.00 fee in addition to the routine application fee of $100.00 for the Passport Book and $45.00 for the Passport Card): According to the National Passport Information Center web site, “Normally, Expedite Service takes 2 weeks to receive your passport from the date you applied.”
