Great article - a lot of people have tattoos now, most can be obscured with suitable clothing if necessary. Having a tattoo doesnt change someones personality, so if they secure a job based on their ability to do it, they should not be judged on whether they have a tattoo. A tattoo may actually help when relating to other demographics, where tattoos may be more readily acceptable.

This is very true. As I have been throguh my fair share of dating and jobs you nail it right one the head. one point i’d like to ad if you don;t mind is that when you are finding a job, its also like finding a partner.

Making sure that you fit is vital to your comfort in the job.

I agree with what you stated about the boomers; but give them a little credit.

At their age, everyone looks younger than they really are. They see kids on the sidewalk with their underwear hanging out and their pants down by their knees. They see rappers who make “music” that all sounds the same- Boom, Boom-Boom down the street with the windows down so we know you’re cool. They see reality TV where youngsters angst over problems that seem trivial, and people who will do anything to be on television no matter how stupid. They hear kids talking, saying “like” every third word.

Keep in mind that’s what they see, and they don’t want to admit to themselves that they were just as young and omniscient as you are once..

This is an excellent guide. When interviewing potential canidates if they know the above they generally make the first cut because so many don’t. You would be surprised how many canidates go to an interview knowing nothing about the company or the job.

I was so proud when my name appeared in Google suggest.

It may not sound like much but at least 60 to 80 people Google me a month.

It is nice for the Ego, I must admit!

Gaining an international work such as internship is a big help for the entry level of your future career which I agree with what you have cited in your article. International work consider as one thing that can boast your resume when you apply work.
