Ernel Martinez, Mural Arts Program artist-creator of the Alter Hall mural, completed the colorful 75′ mural at the end of April. Just before the riboon cutting on the 20th, a plexiglass plaque was installed with the artist’s signature and credits, including its title, The Illumination of the Mind.
