Occupancy Certificates Approved

Today is the day Driscoll applied for and received Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (TCO) for floors 3 through 7. Crews worked until 12:00 AM this morning to prepare those spaces for inspection. Soon we will begin the process of moving furniture to those floors. We are currently working wth furniture vendors to set up a delivery and installation schedule. Work continues on the lower level, and 1st and 2nd floors. They will take a little longer to complete.

Many, many thanks to the Driscoll crew headed by Al Bendig and Steve Ciallella. They, along with Joe Leotti and Andy Riccardi from Temple were HUGE in making this happen.

    OK, I’ll admit it…I sneaked into Alter…they had the third floor doors open and the painters were all moving around in there. So I boldly walked in to check out parts of the third floor. Whomever get CIBER’s space will have a fantastic view of the action on all the levels. Looks great John - thanks. M

    Sport Management faculty will take over the space currently occupied by CIBER.
