CAMAR Information and Terms and Conditions
Times:
Seminars will begin between 8 AM and 9 AM and end between 4 PM and 6 PM each day (except where noted). Specific information concerning starting times and daily agendas will accompany the confirmation.
Location:
All seminars are held at Temple Center City, 1515 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
Confirmations:
Written confirmation of accepted enrollment, or notice of enrollment
status, will be e-mailed to each person for whom a registration form
and payment are received. However, no confirmation or notices will be given until 5 days after confirmation dates cited above. If you have any questions about your registration that are unanswered at least 5 days after the confirmation date, please call 215-204-8153..
Accommodations:
Students must arrange for their meals and lodging. A list of
hotels are on our website. You may be able to find better rates on the
web.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations by or on behalf of students are subject to the
following conditions:
- Full refund if student cancels before the confirmation date.
- Seminar fee less $100 refund if B. Averbach receives notice 14 or more days prior to the first day of the seminar.
- No fee refund if notice is received less than 14 days before the seminar.
- No fee refund for cancellation of a portion of a registration (e.g. the second 3 days of a 5 or 6 day seminar) once the seminar starts.
- If notes have been sent, there will be an additional fee based on the price of the notes.
- Refunds will be made by the end of November.
Seminar Information:
Except for Exam MFE/3F, seminars are given over 2 sessions with a break in between. Students attending the same CAMAR seminar a second
time receive a 20% discount.
Cancellations:
The sponsor reserves the right to cancel any seminar because
of insufficient enrollment or extenuating circumstances beyond the sponsor's
control. If the sponsor cancels a seminar, full tuition will be refunded.
If a seminar is canceled due to low enrollment, registrants will be notified
as soon as possible.
