Temple Registration for Undergraduate Courses: 

Registration by mail: call Jun Qiao at 215-204-2504. Tell to whomever you speak that you want to register for an Actuarial Science course by mail as a continuing education student. You will be sent the proper forms. When you submit the forms, include either a check for the class or a letter from your company indicating third party payment. Registration in person is at Main Campus.
